Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was lovely! The hotel is located on a rather depressing street, but it's not far from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made it convenient. The rooms were very well-appointed, clean, and comfortable with a nice view. The service was exceptional, with staff always helpful and welcoming. The dining experience was great, and the breakfast had a good variety to start our day. Unfortunately, the surrounding area was not the nicest.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the premium suite was splendid and had all we needed. The service was top-notch, as the staff went over-and-above to assist us and make wonderful restaurant recommendations. The location was very convenient, close to all the tourist spots and with a great choice of restaurants. The dining experience was excellent overall. The facilities were impressive, making it an amazing place to stay with views over Rome.
The hotel is ideally located just off Via Veneto, making it convenient to visit various attractions. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but typical of Italy. The service was exceptional, with staff being very friendly and helpful. The dining options were great overall, although some aspects were disappointing. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, offering a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were super clean and beautifully decorated, but had an unusual layout that allowed sounds to travel easily. The views from the spacious terrace were breathtaking, and I noticed ongoing remodeling on other floors. The service was exceptional, with very helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, near many attractions including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, although the hotel itself was tucked away and unassuming. The dining experience offered a great variety to start the day but lacked consistency, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Despite the noisy surroundings next to the maintenance closet and small room size, the premium suite with a fold-out couch was a nice touch. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location, though not in the most upscale area, is a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps, making it convenient for exploring Rome. However, the dining was a letdown with a lackluster variety and quality of food offerings.
The hotel is a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious with high ceilings, there were issues with availability at the beginning of my stay. The service, however, was exceptional, with a warm and friendly attitude from all staff members. The location was convenient for exploring the city but lacked charm due to a rather depressing street. The dining options were good, especially the salmon dish.
